This strategic pause is necessary to sequence programmatic milestones and prioritize the concurrent T rkiye Base Operating Support (T-BOS) acquisition effort. As a result of this pause, the projected performance start date for the S-BOS contract will shift from January 2028 to January 2029. The Government anticipates releasing the formal RFP for S-BOS in Summer 2027. Please note that this action constitutes a temporary pause, not a cancellation, of the S-BOS requirement. The official communication for the T-BOS requirement can be found at the link below. While this T-S BOS SAM forum will remain active, the requirement, documents and information specific to the T-BOS requirement will be posted on the T-BOS announcement. https://sam.gov/workspace/contract/opp/4c66da2ed0174edda0813864aeaf8b55/view The Government sincerely appreciates the significant time, effort, and high-quality feedback our industry partners have provided thus far. Your dedication has tangibly improved the requirements. Industry partners are advised that the foundational S-BOS framework, including the Performance Work Statement, CLIN structure, contract type, and overall acquisition strategy, will remain substantially unchanged when the procurement resumes. The Government plans to conduct an additional Industry Day/Site Visit closer to the revised RFP release date to ensure all interested offerors are fully briefed on the finalized requirements. All future updates regarding S-BOS will continue to be posted to this SAM.gov notice. Thank you for your continued interest in supporting the United States Air Force mission in Spain. John S.
