The purpose of this action is to establish a lease contract for Rotoprone E beds. The Rotoprone Therapy System bed is the only automated system that allows caregivers to deliver multiple intervals of prone therapy over an extended period. The Rotoprone Therapy System helps manage patient handling risks associated with manual proning, improves oxygenation, protects against ventilator induced lung injury, and reduces mortality. Services shall be performed by qualified service personnel using appropriate tools, test equipment, procedures, and replacement parts. These beds are utilized in direct patient care and are essential for critically ill patients with acute pulmonary complications such as lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Moreover, air fluidized therapy provides advanced pressure redistribution and microclimate management, helping to heal skin wounds and relieve pain for patients with pressure ulcers, burns, surgical flaps and grafts, as well as other complex skin wounds.
